RowFit Classes – Back for a Limited Time!

Way back before Covid, we had a sweet and super popular class called RowFit. A great workout that incorporated rowing and other movements in a fantastic hour of fitness and fun!

We are stoked to announce that RowFit is back for a special, limited time!

RowFit classes are scheduled for 4 weeks, Saturdays at 10:15am:

  • Sept 23
  • Sept 30
  • Oct 7
  • Oct 14

This program is open to everyone, no matter your experience, fitness level, age etc. AND bonus… you do not need to be a FMFA member!

What is RowFit?

RowFit is a class open to anyone (you do not need to be a current member of FMFA or have done Elements Training) with a focus on rowing skill and technique using the Concept2 rower. You’ll also get in a great workout!

What can I expect during a RowFit Class?

Each 1-hour class will start with a warm up and rowing specific mobility drills, followed by  15 minutes of rowing skills and drills to help improve your rowing technique. The class will finish with a rowing based workout where you will work up a sweat and get your heart rate elevated. 

Who is this class for?

Everyone! If you are new to functional fitness this is a great way to learn the finer points of how to row efficiently and correctly. If you are a member of another gym in town and would like to incorporate rowing into your fitness plan but aren’t sure exactly how to best use a rowing machine, we strongly encourage you to sign up for a RowFit class as our experienced coach can provide some great guidance and tips on the correct form to use on a rowing machine. 

How do I sign up?

If you are a current member of FMFA you can sign up through Wodify.

If you are not a member you can sign up for a drop in class at the follow links. You will be able to save your spot, complete the online waiver and pay the drop-in fee all online. Please note: due to the limited spots, there are NO refunds on fees. Please make sure you can join us before registering.
