September is literally around the corner, and we have just opened up registration for our next popular Prep Program: Post Summer ReBoot!

After a super fun summer of beach cocktails, smokies and more….maybe it’s time for a reset or as we like to say, it’s time to reboot the system.

Our ReBoot Program is one of our 4 yearly Specialty Prep Programs and it kicks off Wednesday Sept 6th!

Post Summer ReBoot Program

This program is based on our popular Prep Programs in combination with our old BaseCamp program. It is our popular bootcamp style class that focuses on helping you get fitter and feel amazing! We will be using rowers, bikes, barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, boxes, bands and more! (There are NO technical barbell movements like you see in our regular classes). Just a great, smart workout to help make you feel amazing all while working with our amazing coaches. This year’s Reboot will be lead by our Prep Program specialists, Coaches Kim Shopland and Kevin Giffin.

We are training in the mornings: 

Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 7:15-8:15 AM 

First session is Wednesday Sept 6th after labour day long weekend and ends Thursday Oct 12th  (16 sessions total, no class Thanksgiving Monday) 


2 Split payments of $199.50 +gst (Or option to pay in-full upon registration as well )
