We love having Danielle as part of our FMFA community! Here is what she has to say about her time at FMFA since joining in September 2018!
Why did you decide to join FMFA?
I decided to join FMFA because my aunt Maureen encouraged me to join three years ago.
Did you have specific goals when joining?
The goal I had joining the gym was to gain strength. As I got older I noticed my strength was declining.
What has kept you coming?
The reason I keep coming is I love how strong I have gotten and the coaching staff and members are so supportive and encouraging. I also love how the workouts are layed out for you and coach lead.
What are the biggest things you have noticed since joining us?
The biggest thing I have noticed since joining is how toned my body is. Also if I am dragging and moody after work I feel better after a workout.
Do you have any advice for anyone looking to start or even for a current member?
The advice I have for anyone thinking of joining is not to wait. It isn’t as scary as you think. Everyone is so welcoming.
What is something we don’t know about you that you would be willing to share with us?
Something you don’t know about me is I used to be into extreme sports like sky diving and bungee jumping. I still enjoy extreme roller-coasters and rides.
