NO SCHOOL FRIDAY KIDS POP-UP CLASS! January 16th
- Looking for a fun and active way to keep your kids moving on their day off school? This Friday’s Kids Fitness Pop-Up Class for ages 6–12 is the perfect solution. We’ll keep kids engaged with games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate fitness challenges that build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while they’re having a blast. It’s a great way for kids to burn energy, try something new, and stay active in a safe, supervised environment, giving parents peace of mind and a productive way to fill the day. TEENS TRAINING: ROW, CLEAN, REPEAT. Thursdays @3:30pm Jan 15, 22, 29.
- This Teens Class is designed to build strength, power, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Teens will learn proper rowing technique by international rowing coach and athlete, Seb Matthews and then be introduced to Olympic lifting movements, focusing on power, athleticism, and overall fitness with Coach Emily. With expert coaching and age-appropriate progressions, this class helps teens develop strong movement skills, improve coordination, and build a solid foundation for sports and lifelong fitness—all while training hard and having fun with friends

4-WEEK ROW PROGRAM WITH COACH SEB Sunday mornings 7:45am. Jan 18 &25, Feb 1 & 8th.
- We are stoked to offer another 4-Week Rowing Program with international rowing coach and athlete Seb. This program is designed to improve both rowing skills and overall fitness. Whether you’re new to the rower or looking to refine your technique, this program focuses on efficient stroke mechanics, power development, and conditioning to help you row stronger and smarter. With expert coaching, structured progressions, and targeted workouts, you’ll build confidence on the rower while improving endurance, strength, and performance—results you can feel in just four weeks.

COMING IN FEBRUARY!
- Bring a Loved One Dayzzzzz! We know working out with a friend is sooooo much better so we have a few days during Valentines week where you’ll be able to bring your valentine, your bff, your work buddy etc to class with you! More info and registration details to come
- HYROX-ish event day. We have a member (go Alex!) who’s training hard for the upcoming Vegas Hyrox race so we are putting on a fun Hyrox-ish event day where we can do a mock race right here. It will be a modified version for our winter weather, but will be a great little tester of a Hyrox style comp. More info and date coming.
- CrossFit Open. We haven’t focused on this event for a few years but we hear there is some interest in doing it. Coach Jackie has offered to put on an Open Gym once a week during the Open season for anyone interested in signing up. More info and dates coming.
