Legends Program for adults 60+

Fernie Mountain’s new Strength and Conditioning class Legends is designed specifically for adults 60+ who want to stay strong, capable, and confident in everyday life. This class focuses on building strength, improving balance and mobility, and maintaining cardiovascular fitness in a supportive, coach-led environment. Whether your goal is to move with more ease, keep up with your hobbies, or simply feel better in your body, Legends helps you train safely, effectively, and for the long term—because strong never gets old.

Rowing Program

Whether you’re new to the rower or looking to refine your technique, this program focuses on efficient stroke mechanics, power development, and conditioning to help you row stronger and smarter. With expert coaching, structured progressions, and targeted workouts, you’ll build confidence on the rower while improving endurance, strength, and performance—results you can feel in just four weeks.
