How do you speak to yourself, to others, about yourself and about others?
Do you find it easier to see the “bad things”? Or can you find those “bright spots” no matter how bad the situation is?
Here is a mindset challenge: Try to NOT complain for today. Just one day. Catch yourself when you start complaining about the weather, or traffic, slow moving kids getting ready for school etc. Change it. It may feel fake and weird to start. But try to find something good. Anything. This is isn’t “voodoo, hooey-dooey”stuff. It’s actual science. #neuroplasticity
