Take advantage of the shoulder season and get ready to hit the trails this spring and summer. Our popular Prep Program is a focused strength, mobility and conditioning program to help you make the most of your time on the trails. Our focus is to help get you stronger, fitter and help reduce injuries through balanced training, proper programming and coach led sessions.
This program is designed for mountain bikers, trail runners and hikers. Anyone interested in focused, coach led training to get ready to tackle any mountain or trail this year!
Schedule Details:
Wed, April 5th – Thursday May 18th. (19 sessions) (no classes Easter Monday and wrapping up before May Long Weekend)
You can choose between a MORNING or EVENING session
Mornings – Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays @7:15am Register HERE

Payment Options:
– 2 split payments of $214.50 (1st at registration and the 2nd payment 3 weeks later)
